The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial sales organization, setting and owning the payer and employer go-to-market strategy, and building the alliance and channel engine. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in high-growth healthcare, digital health, or value-based care, who can drive retention and expansion, and create commercial operating rigor. The SVP will be expected to operate as a senior commercial leader, representing the company with C-level stakeholders and the board, and will play a pivotal role in the company's mission to transform healthcare for women in midlife. Applicants for the SVP of Commercial Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payer and/or employer benefits sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in selling to and partnering with health plans and large employers. Experience in building and scaling revenue organizations, as well as a strong background in commercial metrics and GTM strategy, is essential.
