About the role
To support a growing federal portfolio, the full-time salaried Senior Contracts Administrator will manage the administration and compliance of federal prime contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements, working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administration of federal contracts, including reviewing modifications and monitoring funding and deadlines
Administer and support participation in federal contract vehicles, ensuring compliance with specific requirements and procedures
Manage subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with federal regulations and prime contract obligations
Required qualifications
Minimum of eight years of experience administering U.S. federal government contracts
Demonstrated experience managing federal prime contracts and subcontracts independently
Experience with Department of Defense contracts is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related discipline is preferred
Certified Federal Contracts Manager or comparable contracts training is preferred
