About the role

Occupational Therapy Aide Be the energy that keeps the momentum going, the steady hands that set the stage for breakthroughs, and the heart that fuels a child's journey toward independence. About TheraTree Pediatric Therapy TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is on a relentless mission to grow minds, bodies, and spirits through world‑class pediatric therapy. At TheraTree, we don't just provide therapy; we ignite potential and empower futures. Why This Role Matters Every therapy session holds the power to change a child's life. You ensure that power is never wasted. Your work with our Occupational Therapy Team amplifies progress, creates consistency, and keeps hope alive for every child and family who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do: (and Love Every Second Of It) Be the glue that holds therapy sessions together – assist Occupational Therapists & OT Assistants directly in sessions by setting up activities, guiding children through exercises, and reinforcing therapeutic techniques with energy and encouragement. Engage with patients – help children and youth complete therapy tasks, play‑based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive development; support children in activities of daily living (ADL) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding. Uplift & motivate – cheer on, encourage, and support our kids through their therapeutic journeys. Your enthusiasm empowers children to reach milestones they never thought possible. Be an extra set of eyes, ears, and hands – observe patient progress, help collect data, and communicate with therapists about needs or adjustments. Set the stage for success – set up and break down sessions like a therapy ninja: swings, obstacle courses, sensory bins, and therapy tools, making sure we have what we need when we need it. Keep our therapy spaces cleaner than a NASA lab. Welcome every family – work at the front desk to greet patients with warmth and efficiency, check them in, and provide excellent customer service. Be a scheduling wizard – assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and managing cancellations to ensure smooth clinic operations. Answer calls like a pro – help parents with questions, provide updates, and support the front desk in keeping everything on track. Support the entire team – jump in where needed, whether that means lending a hand to therapists, updating patient records, or ensuring the clinic stays organized and patient‑ready.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in healthcare or child development is a plus.
Who You Are: Believe in potential – obsessed with helping kids succeed. Have energy for days and love being part of a fast‑paced, no‑two‑days‑are‑the‑same environment. Have eagle‑eye attention to detail because the little things make a big difference. Organized and proactive, anticipating needs before they arise. Can juggle tasks like a circus pro while keeping a smile on your face. Part of a team because big victories happen when people work together. Eager to learn – this is more than a job; it's a chance to build a career in pediatric therapy. Aren’t afraid to get messy, get creative, and get things done.
What’s In It For You? (A Lot.) A career with purpose you’ll wake up knowing you’re making an impact. Opportunities to level up your skills, learn from the best, and build your future in pediatric therapy. A tight‑knit team that works hard, supports each other, and celebrates the wins. A fun, mission‑driven culture where passion meets profession. Competitive pay, benefits, and perks that make your hard work worth it. This role isn’t just about being behind the scenes; it’s about being fully engaged in the patient experience, from therapy sessions to front‑desk interactions. Every moment counts, and you make it happen. If you thrive in chaos, love the idea of making a real difference, and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, then stop waiting. Apply now. TheraTree is calling. Will you answer?

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
