The Role:
As a E-commerce Analyst, you will leverage digital data to uncover insights that drive improvements across website performance, customer experience, and conversion optimization initiatives. Working closely with Ecommerce, Digital, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, you will transform complex data into actionable recommendations and provide stakeholders with the insights needed to make informed business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Utilizing SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data across multiple sources• Monitoring and evaluating digital performance using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics• Supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to improve customer journeys and business outcomes• Building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate key findings• Analyzing user behavior across digital platforms to identify trends and optimization opportunities• Presenting analytical findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders• Partnering with business and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should have:• Experience utilizing SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets• Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms• Experience supporting A/B testing and/or multivariate testing programs• Experience creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business functions• Strong communication and presentation skills• Previous experience within ecommerce, digital analytics, web analytics, product analytics, customer analytics, or marketing analytics environments preferred Salary & Benefits• Base salary of $70,000 - $82,500• Annual bonus opportunity• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage• Retirement savings program• Hybrid working model• Opportunities for career growth and professional development• Exposure to large-scale ecommerce analytics and experimentation initiatives
