What your future day will look like: Conduct scheduled maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and equipment Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Handle basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks Maintain the property’s curb appeal through tasks like pressure washing and debris removal Respond quickly to service requests and log all work in the maintenance tracking system Assist with installing new systems or equipment as needed Help manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies Communicate effectively with tenants and staff while working throughout the building Be available for emergency calls and participate in safety planning Benefits Offered:401(k) with profit sharing after one year of employment Full coverage of health and dental insurance for employees Annual contributions to a Health Savings Account Paid time off for holidays and vacation Yearly performance-based bonus Additional holiday bonus
Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus) 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and equipment manuals Basic computer literacy and attention to detail in record keeping Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have professional appearance and presentation skills We know you’re more than just your resume and that finding the right fit is key to your next career move.
