About the role
Owning the metrics that drive decision-making, the full-time Product Analytics Lead will connect data sources, build dashboards, and establish data standards to provide actionable insights for Product, Sales, and leadership teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Define and measure key metrics such as activation, usage, and deployment success
Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and the board to inform product and investment decisions
Establish data standards to ensure consistent metrics across teams and projects
Required qualifications
Experience leading product analytics or data/BI functions at a B2B software company
Strong SQL and dashboarding skills (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
Proven track record of building instrumentation and metrics from fragmented data environments
Ability to present metrics clearly to leadership or board audiences
Evidence-first mindset with the ability to communicate data findings honestly
