Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient mannerManage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records and electronic medical recordsCoordinate patient scheduling and registration processesPerform various administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documentsMaintain a clean and organized reception area, waiting room, and adjacent spacesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient careDemonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer serviceRequirements:1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply) High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in a healthcare‑related field preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPRN schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysBenefits:[Insert company benefits, if provided]
