About the role

Provide hands-on support for deploying new technology solutions across the organization. Address and resolve issues related to hardware, workstations, and user environments, escalating or redirecting requests when needed and notifying leadership of high-priority concerns.2.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Install and deploy system images, applications, and updates across both physical machines and virtual environments. Coordinate sourcing and replacement of faulty components through approved vendors. Work closely with internal teams and end users to manage device refresh and replacement efforts. Handle sensitive company and user-related information with discretion, ensuring adherence to relevant compliance standards. Contribute to additional tasks or initiatives as required.3. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Desktop Support leadership team. The individual is expected to take initiative, independently manage assigned responsibilities, and proactively contribute toward achieving team goals with limited oversight.4. Skills & Background Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Prior experience supporting end users in a professional IT environment, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including both LAN and WAN concepts. Working knowledge of modern Microsoft platforms, including Windows 11.Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to financial services or similar industries is considered a plus. Ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and support process improvement efforts.5.
Education Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, along with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, technically complex setting.
