In this role, you will be supporting the Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM/Supply Chain) applications, including the ERP system, in accordance with companywide standards. You will also extrapolate data from multiple sources, present the outcomes to leadership, demonstrate strong data analytics skills, and manage processes that bring customer value. Other responsibilities include:Utilizing documentation and procedural standards, this position is responsible for maintaining the SSRM applications (ERP, Contract Management System, Item Request system) on a regular basisLeads special projects, participates in meetings where appropriate, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes, customer service, financial outcomes, and value addLead implementation of new facilities within the ERP system, ensuring appropriate data migration, end‐user training, and adherence to project milestonesAssess the degree of change management required to meet technology and business goalsWork collaboratively with facility materials management and other functional leadersManage the site resources jointly with facility management to ensure tasks are completed as scheduledServe as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SSRM technologyElectronic data interchange (EDI), working with trading partners to resolve operational issues, coordinate and test all EDI implementations, analyze current implementations, and make recommendations for improvementProcess and monitor all inbound/outbound documentsReview and test upgrades and added functionality to support the ERP systemDevelop reports, analyze data, and update data for the ERP systemDevelop and train ERP end‐users across the organizationPerform functional process analysis to ensure site processes reflect workflows required by Lawson, and work with other functional teams such as the A/P technology team, to modify and document processes to form standard operating procedures and documentation practiceAct in an independent manner with minimal supervision, while maintaining high quality standardsSeniority LevelMid‐Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‐timeJob FunctionInformation Technology and Supply ChainIndustriesHospitals and Health Care
