Penang Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational)Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMWork Mode: WFH (1 month)
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written)Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (any industry)Strong communication & customer service mindset Problem-solving & critical thinking ability Able to stay professional and calm under pressure Open to feedback & continuous improvement Computer literate; typing speed?40 WPM, accuracy?90%
