The role: We’re looking for an Entry-Level Client Scheduling Specialist to join a growing team in Coral Gables. There’s no previous experience required. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and a clear structure to help you get up to speed quickly. First-year earnings commonly range from $70,000–$85,000, with weekly pay and opportunities to develop as you gain experience.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Speak with prospective clients who have already shown interest
  • Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming conversations
  • Follow up with clients by phone and message
  • Answer straightforward questions and explain the next steps
  • Keep client information and notes accurate and organized
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth client experience
