Window TinterReports to: Territory ManagerNature of work: Installs window tint film on customer and dealership vehicles using quality products and techniques for the best, long-lasting resultsRemains in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standardsChooses the right tools and equipment necessary to complete the jobUses shop software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual jobUtilizes a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and trims film by hand when necessaryPerforms work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standardsHelps keep the shop work area clean and orderlyPay Range: $1000/$2000 per week depending on volume tinter can produceTypical Duties: Helps maintain a safe and organized workspaceCommunicates with Service Advisors and Technicians to facilitate auto-placementCommunicates with Service Advisor regarding services, repairs, and estimates for time completionPerforms vehicle drop-off inspection, recommends maintenance & documents existing damagesIdentifies, manages, and orders department products & equipmentFacilitates and conducts all department dutiesPerforms other duties as requestedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrates extreme attention to detailAbility to analyze written and verbal instructionsAbility to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional mannerAbility to manage, train and support other personnelAbility to handle high-stress situationsCertifications / License / Other Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCandidates must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record
