Product Specialist, Netsuite

Tabs Product Specialist, NetSuiteTabs is hiring a Product Specialist, NetSuite, to be the resident NetSuite expert inside our Product org. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and the customer-facing teams selling and implementing Tabs, turning deep, hands-on NetSuite expertise into playbooks, technical judgment calls, and roadmap input that scale far beyond what any one person could deliver deal by deal.This is a 0-to-1 seat. Today, NetSuite scoping and troubleshooting knowledge lives in a few people's heads, and every complex configuration question gets routed to whoever last solved something similar. You'll fix that: building the scoping playbooks, training, and internal tooling that let Solutions and Implementation handle NetSuite work independently, while you focus your own hands-on time on the hardest cases and on shaping what Tabs' NetSuite integration should support next.If you enjoy going deep on a single system, turning tribal knowledge into scalable process, and taking a step into the Product ecosystem, this role is for you.Tabs is an equal opportunity employer.
