About the role
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailer components brakes, axles, suspensions, lighting, air systems, doors, roofs, and flooring
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Weld, patch, and fabricate as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
- Work independently or alongside others to meet quality and timeline goals
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional shop environment
- Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities ($25 $35+ hr / Based on experience + overtime)

- Basic welding and fabrication skills (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethicCDL or DOT inspection certification a plus (not required)
