About the role
Description:
The Director of Marketing will build an integrated, analytically-driven marketing strategy across B2C, DTC, and B2B channels that creates a predictable path from awareness to conversion. The ability to double our conversion rate and reach our most qualified families has the potential to double the size of Cubby, and this leader will be the driving force behind that outcome.
This is a senior, strategic leadership role that sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and cross-functional execution. The Director of Marketing will own Cubby's entire marketing function: setting direction, building and developing the team, and ensuring every marketing initiative ties directly to measurable business outcomes. This person reports directly to the VP of Growth and serves as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership.
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role with full ownership of a marketing function and a team.
Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies across B2C, DTC, and B2B channels with measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, conversion improvement, pipeline development).
Demonstrated experience mapping and optimizing complex, multi-stakeholder customer journeys using data; proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics or equivalent platforms required.
Proven ability to hire, manage, and develop a team of 3+ marketing specialists with clearly defined roles and measurable KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build forecasting models, interpret performance data, and use insights to drive strategic decisions
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
