What Youll Do: Complete quality repairs on a variety of makes and modelsno assembly line work here Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are rock solid Inspect vehicles for hidden or supplemental damage Perform structural, panel, and framework repairswelding, fiberglass, suspension, and more Collaborate with estimators to stay on track and avoid surprises Keep current with industry trends, OEM standards, and training opportunities What You Bring: Collision repair experience (frame, body, structural)or the passion and drive to master it Welding, suspension, or structural repair skills a major plus Valid drivers license with clean driving record Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a professional team Why Choose Coggins?
