On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting products or services, and following up to close sales in an ethical and consultative manner. The representative will plan and execute marketing activities, including outreach campaigns, digital engagement, and scheduled presentations or demonstrations. They will provide responsive customer service, address inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience before and after the sale. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, reporting on performance, and participating in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse audiences.\n Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.\n Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.\n Background in Training or willingness to learn and share product knowledge with clients and team members.\n Sales & Marketing skills, including basic understanding of marketing tactics, outreach strategies, and brand representation.\n Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote full-time environment.\n Ability to use digital tools (email, video conferencing, CRM systems, and basic office software) effectively.\n Prior experience in field or independent representative roles is beneficial, though not required.\n High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.\n
