Description:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Commercial Lease Analyst to support a large corporate real estate portfolio. This position is ideal for someone with commercial lease administration, lease abstraction, lease audit, or commercial property management experience. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team supporting a high-volume commercial lease portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Review and abstract commercial lease documents, amendments, renewals, and related agreements* Track and maintain critical lease information and lease data* Analyze operating expense, CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliations* Review landlord billings and supporting documentation for accuracy* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies* Interpret lease clauses and financial obligations* Maintain lease records and ensure document accuracy* Communicate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders* Support lease administration activities across assigned properties Requirements* 2+ years of commercial lease administration, lease analysis, lease audit, commercial property management, or related experience* Experience abstracting and interpreting commercial leases* Experience with CAM, operating expense, tax, or insurance reconciliations* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and organizational abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Job Type Contract Compensation 24 - $27
