What You'll Do:

Inspecting workmanship, materials, labor, and safety compliance
Keeping detailed logs and records of daily activities and defects
Reviewing environmental controls and project documentation
Drafting estimates, contract modifications, and on-site correspondence
Analyzing schedules and preparing progress reports
What You BringStrong communication and listening skills
Experience working with contractors, agencies, and the public
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management systems
Familiarity with MUTCD, AASHTO, ADA standards, and construction specs
Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on-site
Valid driver's license
