Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit Senior Software Engineers to train their language model on software development tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows. This fully remote role offers $100/hour with flexible 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired), ASAP start, and the chance to work with top technology teams on cutting-edge AI projects.
