Employment Type: Travel Position: Endoscopy / GI RN (Level 3)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, as five 8-hour or four 10-hour shifts; on-call required for overnights and weekends
Experience: 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience, with conscious sedation, expert IV insertion, recovery from general anesthesia and GI procedure intake
Required: New York RN license only, BLS and ACLS (AHA only); telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification required
Duties: Answer patient questions and address concerns, observe vital signs, sedate before procedures and recover afterwards, administer medication and IV drips, prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, assist the physician throughout, and complete patient notes and discharge documentation Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester NY United Staffing Solutions Job ID #812317.
