About the role
CompanyA leading, family-owned food and beverage production company, dedicated to producing a large variety of the highest quality food and beverage products. Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing equipment repair activities, preventive maintenance programs, and daily maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This role leads maintenance personnel, ensures equipment reliability, supports production objectives, promotes workplace safety, and coordinates maintenance activities across the plant.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all production equipment is maintained in a condition that supports operational, quality, and productivity objectives. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Conduct regular maintenance team meetings to review priorities, safety, and performance. Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and technical service representatives as needed. Oversee the operation of the maintenance shop, spare parts inventory, and parts management processes. Monitor plant systems used for equipment performance and production data collection. Support troubleshooting and resolution of equipment and facility issues.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.1-3 years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or related industrial maintenance experience preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and experience will be considered.
