In this hands-on role, you'll follow work instructions, operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build your manufacturing skills, we'd love to hear from you. As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including: Stamping & Welding Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting Covers Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining Profiling Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting Extrusion Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts CNC Machining CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching You'll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization. What You Bring Understanding and following verbal and written directions Attention to detail; high demands on the quality of our own work Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity Using calibers and basic measurement equipment Understand and apply measurement tolerances to products Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks Physical/Environment Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area Manual dexterity Hand eye coordination Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of varying temperatures Compensation and Benefits
Salary range:
