About the role

Patriot Maritime is seeking a Technical Superintendent to lead the technical operation and management of the company's assigned fleet vessels from its Houston operations. You will monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate planned maintenance and voyage repairs. You will liaise with Master, Chief Engineer, and external partners, develop equipment life-cycle plans, and guide upgrades to improve safety, reliability, and cost efficiency across the fleet.
