Guest Service Associate (Seasonal) Join our team and be part of a boutique hospitality experience where thoughtful service and genuine connection define every stay. We're looking for Guest Service Associates who bring warmth, attention to detail, and a natural sense of care to everything they do. This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.
What You'll Do: As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience—creating welcoming first impressions and memorable moments throughout each stay.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out with ease and professionalism
  • Assisting with guest requests, recommendations, and local insights
  • Supporting breakfast or light food & beverage service (food handler certification required or willingness to obtain)
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and inviting public spaces
  • Collaborating with housekeeping and leadership teams to ensure seamless stays
  • Stepping in where needed during busy periods—this is a hands-on, team-first role
What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
