This is a true entry-level role—NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We provide 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential).6-Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.

Education & Experience: No manufacturing experience required High school diploma or GED equivalent

Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited toLifting up to 30 lbs. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23 - $24/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
