Customer Success Manager
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the Scottsdale office; remote work is not offered
Base Salary: Up to $65,000 + Commission
Typical First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$85,000
About the Role: MOGEL is partnering with Lead Forensics, a dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company, to hire a Customer Success Manager to join its growing Scottsdale team. Lead Forensics provides technology that identifies businesses visiting a client's website, helping organizations turn anonymous website traffic into actionable sales opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, helping customers maximize the value of the platform, driving retention and expansion, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines relationship management, commercial awareness, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand customer goals, address challenges, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes. The company also offers a structured career progression path, with the opportunity to progress every six months based on performance. Each progression can include a $5,000 salary increase. Typical total earnings, including base salary and commission, can exceed: First Year: $80,000-$85,000 Second Year: $90,000-$95,000 Third Year and Beyond: $100,000+Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the customer lifecycle Serve as a trusted point of contact, providing guidance and support throughout the contract period Understand customer objectives and identify additional use cases and strategies to increase the value of the platform Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing client contracts Conduct regular virtual meetings with client stakeholders to review progress, outcomes, and account strategy Identify, qualify, and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal Support and Product teams as needed Prepare and negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction Maintain accurate customer and account information within CRM systems Consistently work toward individual and team KPIs and monthly revenue targets
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Previous experience interacting with Director-level or other senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic and commercially minded approach to customer management
  • Experience working toward measurable KPIs, targets, or revenue goals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
