The Forklift Driver'sprimaryresponsibilityisthe customer andtheirvessels. Every taskat the marinafromcarefullyhandingthe customers boats, tocommunicatingeffectively with the employee working the docks. The Forklift Driver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work underpressure.

DUTIES: AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Inspectmachinerytodeterminetheneed forrepairsandguaranteesafety byperforming regular maintenance Complywith companypoliciesand legalguidelines Maintainsawarenessofsafety issuesand reportsthemimmediatelyto supervisorEDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCEPriorforkliftexperience-Marinaexperiencepreferable. Musthavehighlyeffectivecommunicationskillsandtimemanagementskills. Excellentattentiontodetail. WORKINGCONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMustbeabletoindependently lift, carry, push, andpulluptothirty(30)pounds Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping, finemanipulation, andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
