About the role

Groom Law Group, Chartered based in Washington, DC is looking for a full-time Senior Policy Advisor.

The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in federal legislative and public policy roles, strong communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include monitoring Congressional developments, creating written content, and advising on major policy changes. The expected salary range is $175,000 - $250,000, and remote work is possible but requires frequent office attendance.
