Swarm Aero Inc. is building a defense-grade manufacturing hiring engine across two sites: Oxnard HQ and a new facility in Northwest Arkansas. You will own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, quality, tooling, and production roles—from technicians on the floor to plant leaders. As the team scales, you’ll source from automotive, EV, and hardware sectors, build local pipelines, and hire ahead of growth while supporting other teams when manufacturing volume allows.
