About the role
Role Technical Steward supporting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies at Novartis, focusing on process excellence, tech implementation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilitiesact as SPOC for global MS&T network and development teams
serve as site expert in manufacturing process technologies, including pilot, scale-up, and DoE
lead process optimization and process improvement initiatives
support technology transfers, validation, and manufacturing readiness
drive investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses
provide technical training and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
BSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
minimum five years in oral solid dosage pharma manufacturing
strong GMP, regulatory, and process understanding
experience in process improvement, validation, and tech transfer
analytical and problem-solving skills
effective cross-functional communicator
