About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing remote team dedicated to helping families understand and access available benefit options. This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and building a long-term career from home. You will be speaking with clients who have requested information, helping them schedule virtual appointments, reviewing available programs, answering questions, and supporting them through a simple online process. Full training is provided, along with ongoing mentorship and team support. Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
