We are looking for a friendly and dependable Marketing Representative to support community events, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns for nonprofit organizations.
In this role, you’ll interact with members of the public, provide information about nonprofit organizations and their programs, and help create a positive experience at community events.
No prior marketing experience is required. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do:
Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional activities
Speak with event attendees and members of the public
Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Answer questions and communicate information clearly
Help create a welcoming and professional event environment
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
Work with team members to support event activities
Follow event guidelines and instructions
Attend scheduled training and team meetings
Represent our clients and organization in a professional manner

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.

This is a full‑time, in‑person position. Candidates should be comfortable working at community events and promotional locations throughout the Sacramento area.
The position involves standing, interacting with the public, and assisting with event activities during scheduled shifts.
