About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Commercial Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives for a leading biopharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biotech commercial experience, especially B2B commercial business, along with strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a Life Sciences Commercial Business Analyst and SME.Work with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Data, and Technology teams. Gather and document business and functional requirements. Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Analyze and improve B2B commercial processes and workflows. Translate business needs into requirements, use cases, and actionable solutions. Support projects, programs, UAT, implementation, and change management. Partner with Data, Analytics, AI, and Technology teams on business solutions. Prepare presentations, roadmaps, status reports, and executive updates.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare. Strong B2B commercial experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech. Experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Consulting, SME, or Program Management. Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience. Experience working with senior business stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Technology, Data, Analytics, or Digital teams.
