Executive Compensation Manager Partner Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager Partner to join their team. This role will support the firm's high-volume M&A activity by leading compensation strategy, integration, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of compensation expertise, financial analysis capabilities, and experience supporting M&A transactions within financial services.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, required. 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions, required. Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis, required. Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry, required. Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs, required. Remote position, EST or MDT required. Compensation The salary for this role is $130K-$150K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
