Job Description:
Job Description Carolina Custom Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our team serving custom homes throughout the Charleston, SC area. We specialize in high-end custom residential construction and are looking for an electrician who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands the level of detail required in a custom home, and can confidently work from rough-in through trim and final.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong residential electrical experience; custom-home experience is highly preferred
- Ability to complete electrical work from rough-in through trim and final
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, architectural and lighting plans
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with service and panel work
- Experience with generators and transfer switches is a plus
- Lighting-control and low-voltage experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional communication skills when working around builders, project managers, designers, and homeowners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
