About the role
Gusto is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to own end-to-end payment workflows across ACH processing, exception handling, refunds, and reconciliation within the Money team. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Accounting, Risk, and CX on day-to-day operations and drive improvements to ensure reliable, scalable money movement across payroll and related services.
