About the role
ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – Solution Architect (BPC SA) Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – Solution Architect (BPC SA) to support enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation initiatives for one of our direct clients. Responsibilities:
Lead business process architecture, solution design, and strategic advisory for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.
Conduct discovery workshops, process assessments, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews to understand business objectives and current-state processes.
Define future-state business processes and operating models aligned with ServiceNow leading practices.
Advise customers and business stakeholders on ServiceNow platform capabilities, recommended solutions, and best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions while balancing business needs and platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain process strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and transformation plans.
Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Lead solution demonstrations, executive presentations, process walkthroughs, and design discussions.
Provide strategic guidance on process optimization, workflow automation, platform adoption, and continuous improvement.
Ensure proposed solutions support enterprise standards, governance, scalability, and long-term business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification aligned with the required workflow/module.
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Solution Architect, or Strategic Advisor.
Strong experience with ServiceNow business process transformation and enterprise implementations.
Proven ability to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and leading practices.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations and advise customers on how to evolve their ServiceNow platform, rather than simply executing predefined requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
Experience working with enterprise PMOs, Product Owners, business leaders, and technical teams.
Candidates must be located on U.S. or Canada soil.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a senior-level ServiceNow BPC/SA who can bridge the gap between business strategy and ServiceNow capabilities. This individual should be comfortable challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining future-state strategies, and advising customers on the best way to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
