About the role

DIRECTV is seeking a Principal IT Software Engineer 1 to set architectural direction and drive end-to-end design across multiple teams. You'll shape technical strategy for CX orchestration platforms, powered by AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce, with high autonomy and leadership visibility. You'll mentor engineers, lead architectural reviews, own multi-PI roadmaps, and collaborate with executive leadership on platform direction and risk mitigation.
