About the Role: Join Prime Zenith Hospitality LLC as a Hotel Front Desk Agent in Manchester, NH, where you will be the welcoming face of our esteemed establishment. This exciting opportunity allows you to interact with guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities: Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle reservations and manage room assignments efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for optimal guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews to enhance service quality. Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences. Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
