Position Summary: Perform a detailed, repeatable manufacturing process requiring accuracy, consistency, and close attention to instructions. This role is suited for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to repeat established processes accurately and consistently.
Essential Responsibilities: Perform assigned slurry production processes according to established procedures and work instructions. Follow directions carefully and complete each process step accurately and consistently. Measure, handle, and process production materials as instructed. Repeat established processes with consistent technique and attention to detail. Monitor work for process or quality concerns and report abnormalities promptly. Complete required production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean work area and follow safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform meticulous, repetitive process work. Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately. Ability to consistently repeat established processes without unnecessary variation. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Ability to work safely in a dusty manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks. Work in a dusty manufacturing environment. Wear required PPE. Schedule 1st Shift. Weekend shifts may be required based on production needs.
