Sales Representative

Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Sales Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays

Location: Missoula, MTExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Sales Representative on behalf of a respected local company in Missoula. This opportunity is ideal for an outgoing, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, helping others, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner. Guide customers through the sales process while providing outstanding customer service. Generate referrals and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Accurately complete and maintain customer records and documentation. Meet established sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment. Take initiative and assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of three years of customer service experience required. Valid driver's license required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset. Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
