We are seeking a construction leader who has already proven they can successfully deliver projects of this scale and complexity in the Miami-Dade market.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?Minimum 15 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial high-rise projects within major metropolitan markets.Successfully served as the General Field Superintendent from planning through closeout on at least one luxury or Class A high-rise residential tower in Miami-Dade County. Okay if the others out of State.Extensive experience coordinating all field operations on projects exceeding 100 Million and experience with superstructure projects a plus and will be acknowledged.YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FORMiami-Dade permitting and inspection processesSouth Florida subcontractor relationships and trade coordinationVertical concrete constructionHigh-rise logistics and sequencingCrane and hoist operationsSite safety and quality managementLuxury residential finishesWeather planning and recoveryLabor managementSchedule executionCoordination with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agenciesWHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITYTechnical ability alone is not enough.This role requires someone who has already navigated the unique challenges of delivering a luxury residential tower in South Florida.
