About the role
- Identify and acquire new OEM customers within targeted verticals
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategy
- Build executive level relationships with engineering, sourcing, and operations leaders
- Manage full sales cycle from introduction through signed production agreement
- Structure pricing aligned with margin objectives
- Expand newly acquired accounts into multi program or multi site opportunities
- Partner closely with engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and delivery alignment This role works in partnership with the Director of Sales and broader commercial team, with a focused mandate on OEM revenue growth.
- 7-15+ years in contract manufacturing sales
- Direct experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding required
- Experience in machining environments is a strong plus
- Proven success acquiring and scaling OEM accounts
- Comfortable building pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and production constraints Candidates without direct contract manufacturing experience will not be considered.
