About the role
- Grow the number of players engaged with Seven at every customer. Raising opt-in is the main number you're measured on.
- Partner with each customer's marketing, CRM and player development teams to plan and run opt-in campaigns: on property, in-app, on the operator's site, email, SMS, at the cage, the club desk and events.
- Build the playbook: what drives opt-in, what each property should run in its first 30, 60 and 90 days, and how to keep players engaged after they say yes.
- Track the funnel per property and brand, from reachable players to opt-in to engaged players, and act on what the numbers show.
- Create the materials customers use with their players, in the operator's own brand and within responsible gaming and consent rules.
- Bring what works at one customer to the next, online and land-based, so every new launch starts stronger. KPIs
- Opt-in rate per property and online brand
- Time from go-live to target opt-in at a new property What you bring
- 5+ years in casino or online gaming marketing. Gaming industry experience is a must.
- Experience running acquisition or enrollment campaigns at scale, and owning the results.
- You work well with client teams: you lead through influence, not reporting lines.
- Data-driven: you read a funnel and know what to change.
- Working knowledge of SMS consent and responsible gaming rules in marketing.
- You do the work yourself, and you'd rather test it this week than plan it for a month.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
