About the role

Leading a team of consultants, the full-time Director of Strategic Decision Support will manage market strategies and solutions to drive transformative initiatives while supporting senior leaders with data-driven insights in a remote capacity based out of Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement market strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving performance improvement and innovative solutions Lead, develop, and manage a team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring seamless project execution Conduct complex market data analysis, generating insights and maintaining high standards for deliverables Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in healthcare or academic settings Proven track record of building and managing programs that advance organizational goals Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
