About the role
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Phone etiquette, clerical tasks, communication with clients and colleagues, and delivering top-notch customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills; Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Experience in a similar role is a plus.
Flexible schedule (6:00am - 5:30pm).
Class C License.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
