About the role

Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with educators and service providers. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered in a supportive team environment in Massachusetts.
