About the role
Are you a proven sales hunter with deep roots in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry? Our client is hiring a Sales Manager to grow its U.S. presence across the PCB and OEM markets. They are a global leader in advanced materials, supplying high-performance laminates to the electronics, aerospace, automotive, and defence industries. This is a rare opportunity to represent a world-class materials portfolio and make a direct commercial impact in the U.S. market.
What you'll be doing:
Building and executing regional sales strategies to drive laminate sales growth across PCB manufacturers and OEMsDeveloping and managing customer relationships across automotive, telecom, aerospace, and defence markets Providing technical support and facilitating new product qualifications in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams Delivering competitive and market intelligence to shape business strategy Setting up and managing distribution networks to expand regional coverage Travelling extensively across the U.S. to meet customers
What we're looking for:
3 + years of PCB industry experience, whether from a laminate supplier or from the OEM side with laminate exposureA genuine hunter mentality: someone who opens doors, builds pipelines, and delivers numbers 5-15 years of experience in technical sales, electronics materials, or a related field Strong networks on the PCB manufacturer side, the OEM side, or both Bachelor's degree required; engineering background is a strong plus Comfortable with extensive U.S. travel
