Our Compensation: The expected salary for this position is $74,000. The disclosed salary has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Cargill we put people first. Job Locations: Various U.S. locations including but not limited to: Olathe/Kansas City, KS; Amarillo, TX; Shippensburg, PA, Wayzata/Minneapolis, MNMajority of work week will be in office but there will be flexibility for hybrid work arrangements Travel approximately 10% or less
Required Qualifications: Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science or related degree; and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 Willing and able to relocate Ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures Ability to solve complex problems through collaboration, creativity and determination. Strong analytical skills, aptitude to conceptualize big picture as well as dive into details Ability to take calculated risks and able to execute decisively Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually Strong communication skills written and oral
